The MOQ varies for different products, if you need to customize your product, please contact us, our sales will calculate the cost and provide exact MOQ based on your requirements.

Samples are welcome for us. If you are a new customer, we will charge a sample fee & shipping fee, and deduct this cost from confirmed order. Established customers who purchase new products do not need to pay the sample fee.

We accept T/T payment term. For spot products, 100% T/T before delivery. For futures products, 30% deposit before production, and 70% final payment upon receipt of copy of the B/L.

We have sufficient inventory to ensure timely delivery of products. In gerneral, if the order quantity is small, we can send out the goods within a week. If the product variety and quantity are large, it will take around 30 days to pack and deliver. Customized products depend on the specific production situation and the customer's requirements.

We will provide EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP, etc. based on customers' requirements. We have freight forwarder that can reach out for almost 90% places in the world, including remote districts. We can provide transportation options such as sea freight, air freight, rail freight, road freight, express courier, and multimodal transport.

We provide 12 months warranty for all of our products. During the warranty period, if there are any quality issues with the product, we can provide replacement parts for free and technical support to repair.
